Job summary

Pima County Juvenile Court seeks an experienced Mediator to provide court-based ADR services for high-conflict cases involving abuse, neglect, and family matters. You will conduct settlement conferences, facilitate communications among parties and counsel, and maintain strict neutrality throughout the process.

Under supervision of the Dispute Resolution Program Manager, you’ll draft documents, train staff, and participate in community outreach while ensuring confidentiality and child-focused

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in conflict resolution or two years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for court interactions.
• Experience in a legal or courtroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-party court-based settlement conferences and mediations.
• Draft case agreements, outcome reports, and court orders after sessions.
• Assist with ADR staff training and community outreach presentations.
• Maintain ADR referrals data and coordinate schedules for sessions.
