Qualifications

• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed.
• Employees have 5 years from date of hire to complete bachelor’s degree.
• Certification from Administrative Office of the Illinois Court is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of all residents and facility staff.
• Conduct searches of residents and rooms as appropriate; counsel residents on questions and concerns.
• Monitor daily activities and behavior; document observations for disposition decisions.
• Provide group forums on life skills and values to benefit families and communities.
• Create an appropriate educational environment for minors and support re-entry into school or community.
