Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe offender movement and secure facility operations.
• Lead staff to ensure security of offenders, buildings, and grounds.
• Escort offenders to locations for meals, medical, work, and recreation.
• Review movements and rule compliance; provide feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees; develop skills.
• Oversee offenders in various work details and maintain quality standards.
