Job summary

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court is seeking a CASA Coordinator in the Juvenile Division to manage a caseload of CASA volunteers who assist as investigators, monitors, reporters, and advocates for children in the juvenile court system.

The position involves weekly/monthly contact with volunteers, assisting with case investigations, visits to homes and schools, and regular court appearances. At-will employment with duties supporting the Volunteer Services program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social service related field required.
• Completion of CASA training following appointment.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of CASA volunteers.
• Maintain regular contact with CASA volunteers and assist with reports and interviews.
• Attend court hearings on behalf of CASA program.
• Assist with trainings and grant reporting as needed.
• Maintain records for all cases and volunteer data.
