Responsibilities include designing Spanish and English lessons for players and coaches, monitoring progress, and mentoring staff to create a culture of learning across the organization.

• Develop and adapt language lessons for baseball‑specific scenarios, ensuring relevance and application.
• Monitor and evaluate player progress in language acquisition and life skills, adjusting instruction as needed.

In-Session Support and Interpretation

• Facilitate effective cross‑linguistic communication during baseball education sessions; translate or clarify content as needed

Mentorship and Player Support

• Serve as a mentor to players, providing guidance and support while upholding high standards and expectations.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and accountability.

Cultural Awareness and Competence

• Help educate coaches on cultural differences and effective communication strategies with Latin American players.
• Teach players about cultural norms and communication nuances to support their adaptation and success.

Required Skills And Preferred Qualifications
