Southwind is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative to energize customer interactions, lead on-site sales conversations, and safely remove junk from homes and businesses. You’ll drive box trucks with provided training and maintain a sharp, professional appearance while representing our brand with integrity.

We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)

• $17 Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 1–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business
  needs
• Must maintain availability for 1 weekend day every week

No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.

• Branded Polo (Provided)
• Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided)
• Sweatshirt (Provided)
• Navy BLUE work pants or shorts

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):
DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
