Southwind is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative to energize our on-site visits and deliver outstanding customer moments. You’ll lead on-site pricing conversations, close sales, and remove junk safely from homes and businesses while representing the brand with integrity.

No prior junk removal experience is required—training is provided. Expect a fast-paced, energetic workday with weekend shifts, tips, profit share, and progression opportunities into leadership roles.

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)

• $16 Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 1–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business
  needs

Role Overview: As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to
support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.

Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock:

• Brown Belt
• Brown Steel-Toe Boots
• Branded Polo (Provided)
• Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided)
• Sweatshirt (Provided)
• Navy BLUE work pants or shorts

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):
DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
