Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must provide a truck, trailer, or hauling vehicle.
• Prior junk removal, moving, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (furniture, appliances, debris).
• Knowledge of proper disposal, recycling, and donation practices.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management.
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Remove and haul away unwanted items (furniture, appliances, debris, construction materials).
• Perform property cleanouts for residential and light commercial spaces.
• Load, transport, and dispose of items responsibly.
• Sweep and leave spaces clean after removal.
• Identify items that can be donated or recycled when applicable.
• Communicate job status and completion updates.
