Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore is hiring a Junk Removal Team Member to help customers reclaim homes, businesses, and spaces. You’ll work with a team to safely remove items, provide friendly service, and keep jobs moving efficiently.

You’ll spend time on the road and at customer locations, not behind a desk. The role emphasizes reliable, energetic individuals who can lift and move items and communicate well with customers and teammates. Weekly pay and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, positive and customer-focused.
• Able to work outdoors and stay physically active.
• Comfortable lifting, carrying and moving items throughout the day.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• CDL not required; a valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Use safe lifting and loading practices.
• Keep the truck, equipment, and work areas organized.
• Represent the company positively at every job.
• Work from designated remote start locations as scheduled.
