Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Pensacola is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative to energize our on-site sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and help remove junk safely from homes and businesses while driving our box trucks.

Shifts run 8–12 hours, with 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day; hours span 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. We value sales drive, reliability, energy, and strong communication in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: $22–$28/hr+ ($14 base + Profit Sharing + Tips)including:

• Overtime as needed

• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–12 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business
  needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
