Southwind, the largest 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead in Prairieville, LA. You’ll engage customers, drive on-site sales, and deliver WOW moments with energetic service.

We offer a dynamic field role with room to grow, base pay $18-$20/hr plus profit sharing and tips, plus full benefits and training. You’ll operate box trucks (training provided) and lift up to 75+ lbs.

Pay: $18-$20/hr (Profit Share + Tips + 11/hr)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)


• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs


• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

Professional Growth:

We promote from within whenever possible! Pay Range: Average $20/hr Total Compensation

• Base hourly rate


• Tips


• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives


• Overtime


• 1 mandatory weekend shift


• 3-4 weekday shifts


• Shifts run 7-10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs


• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
  

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):

DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.


• We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
