Southwind, owner of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, is seeking a Customer Experience Lead in Santa Maria, CA to energize customers and drive service excellence.

You will engage with clients, manage on-site pricing talks, and lead efforts to deliver fast, friendly junk removal, backed by profit sharing and tips. Pay: $26-$30/hr (Profit Share + Tips + 17/hr)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs

Professional Growth:

Pay Range:

Average $27/hr Total Compensation

• Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):

DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
