Southwind, the Louisiana franchise owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead in Prairieville. You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job while delivering WOW moments and outstanding service. This full-time role pays $19–$21/hour with profit share and tips, plus benefits. You’ll pursue growth through hands-on work, lift up to 75+ lbs, drive a box truck (training provided), and contribute to a team focused on integrity and development.

• Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3-4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 7-10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
