Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Southwind LA Metro team, is seeking a Customer Experience Lead in Glendale, CA. This on-site role blends energetic sales with hands-on junk removal and top-tier customer service to create WOW moments for clients.

You will lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates while upholding integrity and professionalism. Competitive compensation includes profit sharing, tips, and a full benefits package.

Pay: $27-$31/hr (Profit Share + Tips + 18.75/hr)

Role Overview:

We promote from within whenever possible!Pay Range: Average $29/hr Total Compensation

• Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime
• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):

DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
