Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, invites you to join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Junk and Route Sales Operator in Training.

This operations-in-training role blends customer experience leadership with hands-on routing, logistics, and team supervision. You'll train from Customer Experience Leader to Certified Sales Leader and beyond, overseeing daily routes, driver supervision, and service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations, monitor performance, and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the brand; collaborate with marketing for local outreach and acquisitions.
• Participate in daily role-play scenarios to support ongoing training and performance development.

Position:Customer Experience Leader (Operations In-Training)

As a Customer Experience Leadertraining in Operations, you will be trained at all levels to fast-track fromCustomer Experience LeadertoCertified Sales LeadertoSenior Sales Leader toOperations.In this position you will oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling to ensure excellent service delivery and management our team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining our high standards and achieving business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service:WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
• Drive and Load Trucks Safely:Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
• Handle Junk Removal:Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Manage Efficiency:Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent Our Brand:Collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
• Development:Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

• Competitive payment structure $24 - $28hr (Hourly Pay + Profit Share + Performance-Based Bonuses)
• Full Time Hours consisting of4 weekday Shifts + 1 weekend shift
