Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support WMS and related warehouse applications.
• Assist with system testing, issue triage, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and IT to implement enhancements.
• Develop and execute WMS test cases with QA partners.
• Support end-user training on WMS features and updates.
• Extract WMS data and analyze warehouse process flows.
