Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Junior Windows System Administrator to support our Navy customer in Ridgecrest, CA. The role involves hands-on Windows Server management, monitoring performance, and basic AD administration.

The candidate should have 1 year of Windows server experience, familiarity with ticketing systems, and a Security+ or equivalent certification. On-site work with an active contract and comprehensive benefits are provided.

This role supports our Navy customer in Ridgecrest, CA.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day management of Windows Server systems, including monitoring performance and checking system health, troubleshoot system and user account issues. Perform basic user and group management in Active Directory, such as creating accounts, resetting passwords, and updating permissions. Help maintain server patching by applying Windows Updates and documenting completed work. Monitor event logs and **escalate** issues related to system errors, warnings, or security alerts. Support routine server maintenance tasks, including disk cleanup, storage allocation, and verifying backups.

Basic Requirements:

• 1 year Windows server administration.
• Experience with ticketing system preferred.
• Security+ or other qualifying CSWF certification.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors preferred.

Security Clearance:

Top Secret(must be a US Citizen). Can start with interim clearance.
