Job summary

CEdge Inc is seeking two Junior Web Developers to join the NAVSUP Enterprise Web (NEW) development team in Norfolk, VA. This role targets early-career developers who will grow under senior mentorship while delivering enterprise features for Navy systems.

Responsibilities include front-end work, bug fixes, and content updates, with code reviews, documentation, and environment setup. A strong desire to learn in a federal IT setting is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of web development experience (internship, co-op, or professional).
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Exposure to at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to use version control (Git) for basic workflows: clone, commit, push, pull request.
• IAT-II certification and federal IT environment interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of Navy enterprise web sites; implement front-end components, fix defects, and support content updates.
• Support web application development tasks; write and unit-test assigned code modules.
• Participate in code reviews, team training sessions, and documentation activities.
• Perform research spikes, produce technical summaries, and assist with environment setup and configuration tasks.
