The Junior Web Developer will support the maintenance, content updates, cleanup, and ongoing evolution of our existing websites while assisting with the development of a new unified web platform. This role partners closely with the Senior Web Developer to keep current web properties stable, well-structured, secure, and performance driven. Responsibilities include managing website content and routine site updates; supporting technical SEO, data structure, and content quality; and maintaining accurate online business listings and location information across platforms such as Google Business Profile. The position contributes to scalable digital experiences across multiple brands and partner practices.

Hiring Range: $21.00 - $35.54 Position Summary

Key Performance Areas

KPA 1. Website Maintenance & Content Structure

• Maintain and update existing company and partner websites
• Clean, standardize, and improve semantic HTML across blog and content pages

Position Qualifications

Education

• Associate's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Minimum Relevant Experience

Required

• Working knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, Python, C#)
