Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an entry level Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in the Miami, FL location. The role involves planning, design, construction administration, and potential project management for water/wastewater systems serving municipal clients in the Southeast region.

The successful candidate will work with engineers, EITs, CAD technicians, and sub consultants on a range of projects from treatment facilities to distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4-year ABET-accredited engineering program (or equivalent).
• Experience with basic engineering software and CAD tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare plan details, quantities, and material estimates for project segments.
• Assist in preparation of technical specifications.
• Evaluate vendor bids and drawings for spec compliance.
• Review and approve design drawings within defined limits.
• Prepare technical reports or sections of larger reports.
• Perform field tests, measurements, and collect field data.
• Support proposal team or proposal manager.
