Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Watchlist Analyst in Reston, VA to support national security through all-source intelligence analysis and terrorist watchlisting. You will contribute to nomination processes, ensure report quality, and support senior decision-makers with timely, accurate assessments.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance, 2+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with DoD datasets and Watchlisting procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a related labor category.
• 3 years of related experience with recent activity preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of ICD 203/206/208 and analytic standards.
• Ability to produce formal written counterterrorism and all-source assessments.
• Experience using research databases and quantifiable matrices.

Responsibilities

• Review DoD datasets likely to contain terrorist identifiers.
• Identify, prioritize, and record information from DoD datasets.
• Crosscheck data against other intelligence holdings for completeness.
• Compile information into nomination reports with proper formatting and grammar.
• Meet Terrorist Identity Nomination production schedules.
• Resubmit corrected reports and disseminate as required.
• Provide guidance for less experienced Watchlisting team members.
• Demonstrate knowledge of IC organizations related to CT operations.
• Attend analytic exchanges and meetings in support of Watchlisting.
