Job summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC (FDTS) is seeking a Junior Warehouse Technician to maintain and organize storage racks, with duties in receiving, shipping, and inventory control. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and web-based applications.

The position is full-time in Maryland, with daily duties including moving materials, restocking inventory, and fulfilling customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• No security clearance required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Some warehousing experience.
• Must respond to inquiries and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Must be physically prepared to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Locating, identifying, and placing materials on racks.
• Identifying, unracking, counting, sorting, and packaging materials.
• Assist in restocking customer’s inventory and responsible for receiving, shipping, location, and accuracy of inventory.
• Assist in pulling, loading/staging, delivering and unloading all deliveries to the customer.
