• Keep Newmark compliant without grinding the whole operation to a halt
• Build the pricing logic that a part-time sales rep can explain in one breath
• Run the post-mortem after a launch slips and bank the lessons, not the blame
• Sequence the rollout so CO regions don't all break at once
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling
