Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional design experience in finance, marketing, or agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Portfolio of work provided as website link or PDF is required.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign expert.
• Figma for layout design and prototyping; PowerPoint/Word proficiency.
• Attention to detail with complex financial data and disclosures.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Creative design: 60% workload across campaigns, assets, and branding.
• Produce web banners, social graphics, and email assets.
• Create infographics translating market data clearly.
• Maintain templates and versioning for collateral and pitch books.
• Develop header images and data visuals for webpages.
• Adapt brand standards for events, signage, and booths.
• Refine and format PowerPoint presentations with templates and typography.
