Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in communications, digital media, film, creative arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
• A portfolio of creative and engaging video content.

Responsibilities

• Build creative and compelling videos for Gregory and clients that serve as storytelling tools.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for client work and internal marketing.
• Build motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects to elevate storytelling.
• Record, edit, and publish both internal and client podcasts.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and turn around client videos quickly.
• Engage and communicate with client teams/agency departments as needed.
• Attend internal and client-facing meetings as needed.
• Learn and adopt agency and client tools as well as emerging AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Serve as an occasional PA and handle camera, lighting, audio, and setup for productions.
• Complete mixed media video, standard editing, and motion graphics in Premiere and After Effects.

Gregory- named PR Agency of the Year by PR Daily and to PRWeek's Best Places to Work list is looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our Creative Department! Candidates must be within commuting distance of our Ardmore, PA office. The role does offer the ability to work from home on select days, however in-office presence to support hands-on creative work is a neccesity throughout the week (as directed by the team).

Responsibilities:

• Build creative and compelling videos for Gregory and clients that serve as storytelling tools
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for a blend of client work and internal marketing
• Build motion graphics and animated elements in After Effects to elevate video storytelling
• Record, edit, publish both internal and client podcasts.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and turn around client videos quickly
• Engage and communicate with client teams/agency departments as needed
• Attend internal and client-facing meetings, as needed
• Stay nimble in learning and adopting agency and client tools as well as emerging AI tools and platforms to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support evolving creative needs
• Serve as an occasional PA, and pack, transport, set up, shoot, and tear down camera, lighting, audio, and set equipment for live and recorded productions, both within and outside the production studio
• Complete mixed media video, standard video editing, and motion graphics in both Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  

Skills:

• Ability to learn emerging platforms and app functionalities
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe Creative Suite tools a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered video or audio tools (generative editing, AI audio cleanup, AI-assisted motion graphics) a plus
• Creative capacity to develop ideas and content
• Adaptable to changing work demands and priorities
• Self-starter who is willing to learn
• Strongly encouraged to learn and grow into small on-set crew roles over time
• Thoroughly edit video content per supervisor and client requests
• Ability to stay abreast of news and trends in social media, video, and digital communication

Education & Experience:

• An undergraduate degree in communications, digital media, film, creative arts, or related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Track record of creating creative and engaging content
