IBM Austin is seeking an Entry Level Designer to help shape user-centered experiences for enterprise software. You will blend user research, interaction design, visual design, and design thinking with Product Management and Engineering teams to create useful, delightful products.

You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, contribute to workshops, and ensure accessibility and consistency across features.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Ability to solve complex user problems through thoughtful design solutions.

Responsibilities
