Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update rate sheet projects on a scheduled basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or annual).
• Support & assist with budget forecast projects and rate audit projects within the department.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and utility providers.
