Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Prior experience or internships demonstrating sound judgment, quantitative ability, and growth potential.
• Aptitude for leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and negotiation experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate commercial insurance submissions to assess risk and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior underwriters and management on account strategies and recommendations.
• Build relationships with producers and brokers through communication and marketing efforts.
• Reviewing and classifying risks, determining appropriate coverage, rates, and premiums.
• Contributing to innovation, helping develop new products, forms, and coverage solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure production goals and profitability.
