While this position is open to all, we prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in industries such as financial services, mortgage lending, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior underwriters in the evaluation and analysis of loan applications.
• Process and verify loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update loan application databases.
• Perform initial underwriting reviews to identify potential issues.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
