Job summary

Flare energy services is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs for our digital products, conduct user research, and design intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

You will develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, work with developers to implement designs, and stay current with industry trends to improve usability.

Qualifications

• A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain design integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
