Job summary

Surge is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team, crafting intuitive and aesthetic interfaces for web and mobile. Your work will blend research, prototyping, and visual design to deliver engaging user experiences that align with product goals.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups, while applying responsive design across devices and platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative nature, are essential for working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with our product team and developers to ensure the creation of engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, and landing pages.
• Implementing responsive design to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience across all devices.
