Santa Barbara Management in New York is seeking a Family Office Analyst to join a close-knit client delivery team. This entry-point role supports the Family Office Associate and Family CFO in serving ultra-high-net-worth families, with direct exposure to complex financial profiles from day one.

You will build foundational knowledge of taxes, portfolio construction, and trust and estate planning, work on data and reporting, and collaborate with a talented group in a fast-paced, high-impact

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, ideally with a bachelor's degree and strong academic performance.
• Exposure to wealth management, family office services, or client-facing work is a plus but not required.
• Fluency with spreadsheets and presentation tools for client reporting and analysis.

Mansioni

• Help build and maintain the full financial picture for each client, assisting with balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and tax, trust and estate reporting
• Prepare the data behind quarterly client reviews, checking accuracy and consistency before it ever reaches the client
• Own money movement and bill pay for ultra-high-net-worth families, where precision and timing carry real stakes
