ITC Defense is seeking a Junior Transportation Logistics Analyst to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics and transportation activities in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role covers movement of material for international programs and mission requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing shipment docs, coordinating carriers, tracking shipments, and providing GPS updates to stakeholders. Qualifications include a Secret clearance, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and <3 years of relevant experience in FMS, logistics, or related field.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, associate’s with 4+ years or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience exporting materials and coordinating international shipping docs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, verify, and review shipment documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Solicit, book, and coordinate transportation with carriers across modes.
• Track shipment activity and maintain timely reporting through delivery.
• Distribute GPS communications to stakeholders and participate in GPS calls.
• Support NAVSUP WSS NOFX Transportation Management Specialist office.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve transportation issues.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and perform additional duties.
