Job summary

ITC Defense is seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to support NAVAIR ISC and international programs. The role requires meticulous logistics coordination, strong data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and documentation, using systems like NALCOMIS, NDMS, and ERP. A US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to 3 years in logistics or DoD programs.
• Strong record-keeping and data management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day logistics support to ISC teams for FMS warehouse operations.
• Perform warehouse activities: receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping.
• Support inventory management with cycle counts and inventories.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments; ensure shipping docs accuracy.
• Use Navy programs and ERP systems to maintain records and inventory.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare logistics reports and audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with ISC personnel and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform other logistics duties as required.
