Halff is seeking New Graduates (Dec 2026 or May 2027) for a Civil Engineer Graduate Engineer I, Transportation position in Oklahoma City, OK. You will engage in transportation design for roadways under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or ABET-equivalent.
• Ability to obtain an EIT certificate within one year.
• 0–3 years in transportation design for roadway/highway projects.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects under supervision.
• Perform schematic design work and calculations.
• Assist in permit applications and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with surveyors, contractors, and team members.
• Attend client and regulatory agency meetings.
