Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required or preferred.
• Fundamental electrical engineering principles and circuit knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn transformer design concepts and company-specific processes through hands-on training.
• Design transformers based on customer specs and project requirements.
• Create and modify CAD drawings for transformers and components.
• Assist with testing finished units to verify performance and safety.
• Communicate with customers to clarify project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production to develop accurate quotes.
• Maintain organized engineering documentation and design notes.
