We are working with a respected national law firm seeking a junior-level corporate associate to join its Transactions Practice Group in either Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-value M&A transactions, corporate governance, and a range of commercial matters, while gaining direct exposure to partners, senior attorneys, and clients.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, financings, and general corporate work.
