Job summary

DV Trading is seeking a Junior Trader with Fixed Income experience to join our Northfield trading team in Illinois. This on-site role requires relocation to the Chicago area and working from our Northfield office for no less than two years.

You will support relative value trading across fixed income markets, help identify opportunities, monitor conditions, assist with trade execution, risk monitoring, and portfolio analysis, while building tools and models with senior traders and risk/ops teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience on a relative value trading desk.
• Fixed income trading experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic with discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and take feedback to improve.
• Comfortable in a demanding, performance-driven trading environment.
• Must be willing to relocate to the Chicago area.
• Must be able to work onsite at Northfield office for at least two years.

Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Trader with Fixed Income experience to join our trading team in Northfield, Illinois. This role is built for someone with experience on a relative value trading desk who is hungry, disciplined, and willing to put in the work required to develop into a strong trader.

The range below reflects the expected base salary for this position. It represents a good-faith estimate of the base pay we anticipate offering, with actual compensation determined by your experience, education, skills, and performance throughout the interview process. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus (at DV Trading's discretion) and DV Trading's benefits package, including the benefits listed above.
