Job summary

DV Trading in Chicago is seeking experienced traders with a proven track record of running their own strategies. This role targets individuals currently or recently at prop trading firms, pod shops, or hedge funds, with prop-style returns and strong risk capital performance.

Responsibilities include clearly articulating your strategy with verifiable results, owning decisions and outcomes, and maintaining high integrity in all trading activities.

Overview:

DV Trading is looking for experienced traders or trading teams with a recent, proven track record of success running their own strategies. Specifically, we're seeking traders currently or recently at proprietary trading firms, pod shops, or hedge funds, with returns that are prop like in nature (high Sharpe, consistent P&L on risk capital).
