Job summary

DV Trading is seeking a proven Relative Value Trader to run capital, scale ideas quickly, and trade on a high-performance platform. This role offers autonomy to develop alpha in correlated products with DV's capital and infrastructure.

For the first 3–6 months, onsite in Chicago to accelerate integration with the team and trading environment. Annual compensation range $100-200K base + profit share with meaningful upside; discretionary bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on a professional relative value trading desk.
• Track record of profitable RV strategies in a professional setting.
• Strong preference for experience using factor models in correlated products.

Overview:

DV Trading is looking for a proven Relative Value Trader who wants the freedom to run capital, scale ideas quickly, and trade on a high-performance proprietary platform.This is an opportunity for a trader who already knows how to generate alpha in correlated products and wants the infrastructure, capital, and autonomy to grow a strategy without the constraints typical of larger institutions.For the first 3 to 6 months, this role will be based in Chicago to accelerate integration with the team, platform, andtrading environment.

The range below reflects the expected base salary for this position. It represents a good-faith estimate of the base pay we anticipate offering, with actual compensation determined by your experience, education, skills, and performance throughout the interview process.
