DLA Piper in Los Angeles seeks an experienced IP attorney to counsel clients on development, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of intellectual property rights in a fast-paced practice.

The role covers trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management, including issues around ownership, licensing, and fair use in corporate transactions. Domestic and international travel are possible, with a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work.

Formación

• Substantial experience counseling clients on development, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of IP rights.
• Experience with trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management.
• Background from an AmLaw 100 firm and from a nationally recognized law school is strongly preferred.
• Role involves occasional domestic and international travel.
