Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Jr. Customs and Trade Compliance Analyst in Irving, TX to provide technical and analytical support for import/export compliance matters at the site level.

You will help ensure adherence to 19 CFR, 15 CFR, FDA, USDA and other US regulations while supporting cross-functional teams across logistics, purchasing, and materials management. The role requires 3-5 years in export/import compliance and a Bachelor’s in a related field; Excel proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience: Export/Import Compliance (CBP, EAR, FTA, USMCA)
• Excellent written/verbal analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
• Analyze import/export data to identify risks or opportunities for savings.
• Prepare reports and make recommendations to management.
