Duties

1. Represent clients in patent litigation matters before U.S. district courts, the ITC, and the PTAB.

3. Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Conduct and manage discovery processes, including document review, deposition preparation, and witness interviews.
