Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Test Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize testing solutions across the product lifecycle. You will work with cross‑functional teams to evaluate performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and reliability.

You will contribute to test methodologies, diagnostic programs, fixtures, and validation procedures, gaining hands‑on experience with diverse products and technologies.

Qualifications

• Understanding of test engineering principles, validation methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to investigate technical issues and develop solutions.
• Ability to develop and execute structured test procedures and evaluate results against product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test methodologies, test cases, and validation approaches to evaluate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and execute diagnostic test programs to identify defects, performance issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Design, develop, and support test fixtures, evaluation hardware, and test equipment used for product validation and characterization.
• Define, document, and maintain test procedures, specifications, and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across systems, equipment, and products using analytical problem‑solving techniques.
• Support qualification, characterization, and reliability testing activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, product, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality.
• Analyze test results and technical data to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance testing efficiency, product quality, and engineering processes.
