Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of Test Engineering experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Linux and Python scripting.
• Experience with ATE products and test interfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ISO 9000-2000 and TL9000 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed test plans, maintenance procedures, and test instructions.
• Identify and communicate product software/hardware design deficiencies to customers.
• Manage test development schedules and coordinate with customer teams.
• Train technicians on new production test stations and support debugging of RF/digital designs.
• Provide software installation and data collection support and test facility layout planning.
• Identify and drive test and process improvements to reduce defects.
• Support new business development with proposals and quotations, and assist pilot runs for NPI.
