Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Junior Programs Supervisor to lead the daily execution of the Junior Development Program, while supporting racquet sports team alignment and contributing to club operations. This on-site role at Bannockburn, IL focuses on delivering an engaging member experience and maintaining program standards.

You will supervise scheduling, coaching, and event delivery, ensuring timely program execution and strong member satisfaction.

Opportunity & Your Impact

Midtown is seeking a Junior Programs Supervisor to lead daily execution for the Junior Development Program, while supporting racquet sports team alignment and contributing to club operations. This role plays a key part ensuring the program operates smoothly, and the member experience is engaging and valued, resulting in repeat participation.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Range: $65,000 - $92,000 per year. The final rate offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
