Interclypse, Inc. is seeking a Junior Telecommunications Engineer to contribute to network design, engineering, implementation and operations. The role covers local, off-site and remote locations with tasks spanning monitoring, deployment and troubleshooting of telecom components.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field and 3–5 years IT experience. All roles are onsite at various locations in Maryland, reflecting Interclypse’s growth mindset culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• General IT experience: 3–5 years.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under general supervision and coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement, diagnose, or operate telecom network components.
• Monitor, deploy, test, maintain, and troubleshoot networks across locations.
• Ensure secure, high-performance networks and QA/testing of transmission mediums.
