We are hiring a Junior to support our Technical Support team in delivering high‑quality technical assistance for TEST‑FUCHS Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and test benches. This entry‑level role is designed for candidates with a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow through hands‑on learning and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Support Team in delivering on‑site and remote technical assistance for TEST‑FUCHS GSE products
• Assist with troubleshooting across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems
• Participate in installation, commissioning, operator training, and general post‑sales support
• Document technical findings and contribute to knowledge base improvements
• Coordinate with engineering teams by gathering clear technical information from customer sites
• Communicate professionally with airline and MRO customers in time‑critical environments
• Help identify service needs or upgrade opportunities during customer interactions
• Develop technical skills through structured mentorship and continuous learning

Qualifications

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; exposure to software or control systems is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills through hands‑on training and mentorship
• Ability to work in dynamic, time‑critical environments
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 60 %
