• Manage the product development process till transfer to production.
• Lead and develop the US-Engineering Team for US-specific projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems (preferably Creo and Windchill)

Strong ability to translate customer requirements into innovative designs

Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematic design

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Education

College degree in Applied Science or equivalent technical diploma/certificate
