Job summary

ABS Group in Washington, DC, is seeking an entry-level Technical Solutions Engineer to help design, build, and support software solutions that improve user experience, streamline business processes, and support digital transformation.

You will contribute to application development, automation, analytics, visualization, and AI/ML-enabled solutions while working with cross-functional teams and customers to solve real business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or a related STEM field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, scripting, software development, or technical solution delivery.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of technical solutions that integrate with customer data sources and business workflows.
• Assist with configuring and customizing applications to align with customer processes and business requirements.
• Contribute to application development, automation, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
• Support technical integrations, APIs, and data model configurations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help develop technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and implementation best practices.
• Provide support and training to stakeholders on solution post-deployment.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and clarifying functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and project managers to support successful project delivery.
